Well that’s November almost done and dusted! I have created a short video below to explain how I can help you during the month of December….
As Bobby Unser once said,
“Success is where preparation and opportunity meet.”
So by creating a suggested planner to help you during December, I would love you to feel that the little tweaks I have added to your schedule will help you feel empowered and educated with your health and well being. When we feel exhausted and overwhelmed, it is usually because we haven’t created boundaries to care for ourselves. Instead we have said yes to everything and everyone, eventually realising we cannot be everything to everyone.
Obviously many of us may work in retail, which requires extra hours or pressure on our shoulders this time of the year. Others may work in an office setting, which means we may be finishing work on 21st December, creating only a 3 week month to finish tasks and projects.
You will notice I have created a Planner for you which you can print out or save to your device. I have suggested certain tasks each week. To help you with the suggestions, I have attached a few links to audios, videos and previous blog posts which have free audios within the article.
