Within this workshop, you will learn how to release muscle tension with gentle, small mindful movements (no stretching). Heidi will teach you how to regulate and reset your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed. Within the workshop, you will also learn how incredible your mind and body are and how you can harness many of your natural self healing properties to create resilience and flexibility within your nervous system.
Heidi Hadley teaches Clinical Somatic Movement, a mind and body practice which involves a 3 step process to release muscle tension at the brain level. She will teach you why stretching has its limitations and does not change your muscle memory and behaviour at the brain level. Learn how you can change the wiring in your brain with Total Somatic Movement, Mindset and Mindfulness within this 3 hour workshop.
