Stress & Pain relief techniques for daily life

Hello! I hope you have had a brilliant weekend!

My blog has landed in your inbox a few days earlier than usual because I will been collecting all your AMAZING comments, questions and feedback from the 2 question survey and on Wednesday 16th February I close the survey. The information will help me to create a tailored video series to serve you within the areas of Pain & Stress Relief. So the more I hear from you, the greater support material and resources I can provide you with, including a PDF workbook.

After Wednesday 16th February, the survey will close. However, you can still register for the FREE video series when you CLICK HERE.

In this week's podcast, I actually explain the reason behind this themed video series. Interestingly, today I also held this month's Total Somatics members' workshop and after the LIVE workshop, the group discussed the very real triggers occuring around the world which has moved me to create this video series. Also, without any prompting, they also mentioned how the resources within the Total Somatics membership has really supported them during very challenges times.

So for this reason, I would like you to also experience a taste of what The Total Somatics' members benefit from.
