What is Neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity: The brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neuroplasticity changes the behaviour of the neurons (nerve cells) in your brain. Neuroplasticity occurs when regular somatic movements are developed. When we practise an action repeatedly, in this case correct somatic movement sequences, the process of neuroplasticity will override old bad habits which cause you pain and limited mobility.
