How I Healed My Shoulder Bursitis Naturally

I hope your week is going well, and that you’ve found some time to rest, breathe and take good care of yourself. xx

I’m really excited to share Part 1 of a two part podcast episode that’s just been released. In this episode, I talk about my pain with shoulder bursitis many years ago and how Clinical Somatics became the key to my healing and recovery.

Through the practice of Pandiculation and Clinical Somatic Movement, I experienced firsthand the profound shift that can happen when we reconnect with our nervous system and move from a place of awareness rather than habit. It was such a powerful transformation that I knew I had to go deeper. And years later, that’s what brought me to become a Certified Clinical Somatic Educator and Somatic Movement Teacher.

Now, I’m honoured to share this work with others. This episode gives you an intimate look at where it all began.
