Somatic in September 2020: WEEK 1
Each week in September, I will be encouraging you to continue to develop the theme we started off with in January, to create FOCUS and INSIGHT.
This year has and continues to be a time of uncertainty and change. This has created many challenges, however at the same time, it has allowed people to stop and reassess their life, habits, behaviours and intentions.
One area we will deepen our awareness to this week is our thoughts. I would like to ask you; do you know what your dominant thought patterns are? This year we have been tested in many ways. This testing can provide an amazing insight which can allow us to refine our life, habits, behaviours and intentions.
Within this short video, allow me to explain why your thoughts reveal a lot about your health, wellbeing and intentions.
During this week, I will be delving deeper into this area with the Somatic in September 2020 private Facebook group. This group has been created to support ones who would like focus and clarity. I will be creating steps to help you develop a deeper, more somatic or holistic approach to noticing and tweaking your dominant thoughts.
