Oh my goodness, the time is certainly flying by! It has been wonderful seeing so many of you signing up to take part in The 5 Day Total Somatics LIVE Experience. Many of you have also remarked on the extra gift you receive once you sign up, to really help create FOCUS & CLARITY during your 5 day LIVE experience with me.
This week, I would like to start bringing what we have learned already and combining your self awareness practice for Mindful in May together in preparation for the skills to help reduce pain, improve posture, increase mobility plus enhance your awareness to what may be creating recurring issues and pain for you.

So during the week, make a note of the areas that seem to have recurring pain or discomfort. Start noticing how stress influences this area or areas of recurring pain/discomfort. Notice when you are stressed, how your breathing is impacted and does this have an impact on the area or areas of recurring pain/discomfort?
I will be delving deep into these areas during next week's
5 day Total Somatics LIVE Experience.
The events will start every day at
9pm Australian Eastern time, 12noon UK, 7am Eastern time and 4am Pacific time.
The events will also be recorded, so if you are unable to join me LIVE, there will be an opportunity to watch the replays.
The 5 Day Total Somatics LIVE experience will combine knowledge and skills. However between the Workshops on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, there will be implementation and Q&As sessions on the Tuesday and Thursday. I want to deliver this amazing work to you, so you can feel the benefits of reduced pain, improved posture, increased mobility and greater awareness of your daily activities and habits to address recurring issues.
