Total Somatic Movement for Self Care & Healing

Hello, how are you? I hope you have had a good week.

As we approach the end of another year, many are feeling tired and running on empty. With the way the world has flipped since March 2020, there is even more pressure on many levels people have to contend with. That is why, more than ever, a regular self care routine/ritual is so important for your emotional, mental, physical and energetic health and wellbeing.

As many of you will be aware, I held the final Total Somatics LIVE Experience at the end of September. Many people submitted questions they wanted me to cover. Many were covered during the LIVE events, however I am still continuing to answer many of these questions and in this week's blog, I cover the question "Would Movement be part of a self care routine/ritual? If so, why and how?"

As you may be aware, I have recently announced 'Save the Dates' in November. I will be opening the membership doors from 12.31am Melbourne/Sydney time on Saturday 20th November and closing the membership doors 11.59pm Pacific Time on Monday 22nd November 2021.

I have ensured there is plenty of time for you to join, wherever you are in the world.

The Membership doors will open in 2022, however they won't open for several months and the next Total Somatics LIVE Experience will be a few months into 2022. My focus is to take care of The Total Somatics members and as Australia and the world opens up again, I have Total Somatics commitments around Australia and other parts of the world, so The Total Somatics LIVE Experience will happen at different times next year compared to what you have experienced.
